Property Taxes in Oklahoma (Fact Sheet, March 2011)
Property taxes are the largest single local government revenue sources in Oklahoma and Oklahoma has among the nation's lowest property taxes. Several proposals being considered by the 2011 Legislature would lower the annual cap on property tax increases if approved by votes of the people.
